My own Learning Style

Adult Learners have inclinations about their particular learning design, but these at times represent problems or limitations in learning found in the class room or at work. Using Kolb's Learning Pattern, I will summarize and illustrate my learning styles, which I discovered using the Felder's Index (Felder, 1993) and Kolb's Learning Design (http://www.businessballs.com/kolbslearningstyles.html). The results that we obtained were of hardly surprising to me. Following reading the literature, I subsequently understood which categories that I encompassed. Concrete Knowledge

I visited several websites to study the many styles of learning. Through researching the different styles of learning, my personal goal was to identify my personal, preferred learning style. I actually conducted a survey using the Felder's Index as a basis for identifying my learning style (Solomon & Felder, n. deb. ). My spouse and i also compared Kolb's Learning Style to get a comparison of both opinions about learning designs (http://www.businessballs.com/kolblearningstyles.html). Reflecting Observation

Following careful analysis, I discovered that there were multiple ways that someone learns and each one has a distinctive style, focused on them. This kind of included myself, as well. I noticed that there are four means of learning, and with every single one, there is a aspect which established which style a person may prefer. The four dimensions, relating to Felder, are Effective and Refractive learners, Sensing and User-friendly learners, Visual and Verbal learners and Sequential and Global students (Felder, 1993). Kolb explained these because Diverging, Assimilating, Converging and Accommodating scholars (http://www.businessballs.com/kolbslearningstyles.html ).

The speculation that I created and determined was that I have a moderate inclination towards energetic learning because I learn by " doing or perhaps bouncing suggestions off others”...
